A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent business owner who provides helpful services from their own space, using technology to access the required tools and to communicate with you.

Get an idea of some of the services I offer.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

There are no long term locked in contracts and this is what makes hiring a Virtual Assistant so attractive. Ongoing clients and contracted clients are issued with an agreement on the confirmation of each project. The Service Agreement must be signed before services are commenced. The Service Agreement states the type of services rendered, the prices and anything else discussed. The Service Agreement includes a confidentiality clause which remains in place even after the work or project is completed.

Are there any contracts?

On average, a VA costs 60% less than hiring staff on payroll. Outsourcing puts you in control of how much you spend on administrative services by eliminating overheads such as sick pay, annual leave, superannuation, time when the employee is not occupied, office space, equipment and supplies.

Working with a Virtual Assistant means you only pay for the services required.

What's the cost?

Anyone!

Maybe you need personal or professional administrative assistance.

You may be wanting to focus on sales and not get bogged down in anything not making you money!

Maybe you want to work on your business and move it forward >>

Your workload is just too large that you need assistance!

Who would use a VA?

Having a VA saves you time and money, getting the help you need without any hassles!

No leave to pay or benefits to give, no space or equipment to purchase or hire, no recruiting, training or firing!

You only pay for what you need!

Unlike temporary employees, Virtual Assistants take the time to learn your business and form a working partnership. VAs have a vested interest in your company’s success: when you succeed, so does your VA. Every time you hire a temp, you will almost certainly get a different person. The time and money spent training this new person can be saved by hiring a VA. Furthermore, when you hire a Virtual Assistant, you don’t need to worry about extra space, furniture, equipment, overtime, superannuation, coffee breaks, sick leave, holidays, bonuses, training or insurance cover as you would for temporary staff.

The working relationship is tailored to fit your needs

No minimum contract terms apply.

How does the pricing work?

Get in touch, tell me about your business and what you want to achieve. Advise what you had in mind for me to do. If it is something I feel I will be able to do for you, I will then book in a 'Discovery' video call, this allows us to get to know each other and really nut out exactly how I will help you. I can then provide you with a quote that best suits your needs.

We will mutually agree on a regular time where we check in and assess how everything is going.

I am open and honest, and genuinely want your business to prosper. Once I'm hired we kick off with a 'Strategy' session.
