What is a Virtual Assistant?

There are no long term locked in contracts and this is what makes hiring a Virtual Assistant so attractive. Ongoing clients and contracted clients are issued with an agreement on the confirmation of each project. The Service Agreement must be signed before services are commenced. The Service Agreement states the type of services rendered, the prices and anything else discussed. The Service Agreement includes a confidentiality clause which remains in place even after the work or project is completed.

Are there any contracts?

On average, a VA costs 60% less than hiring staff on payroll. Outsourcing puts you in control of how much you spend on administrative services by eliminating overheads such as sick pay, annual leave, superannuation, time when the employee is not occupied, office space, equipment and supplies.

How does the pricing work?

Get in touch, tell me about your business and what you want to achieve. Advise what you had in mind for me to do. If it is something I feel I will be able to do for you, I will then book in a 'Discovery' video call, this allows us to get to know each other and really nut out exactly how I will help you. I can then provide you with a quote that best suits your needs.

We will mutually agree on a regular time where we check in and assess how everything is going.

I am open and honest, and genuinely want your business to prosper. Once I'm hired we kick off with a 'Strategy' session.
